What an amazing story! My brother Jonathan and I were adopted from holt as well. My adopted parents never really wanted to talk about our past and said they didn’t know much information. We were one of the last planes out of Vietnam and one of the first to be adopted on Long Island,New York ( Smithtown ) I have newspaper clippings, my adoption photo with a name and number and grandma Holt came to our home in Smithtown which I have a photo of us with her. I found my biological father though ancestry. He was an American soldier. My brother will not take the test but according to Vern (biological father) he was airlifted back to the USA in July of 1968. I was born September 1968. We are not sure if my brother is my full or 1/2 brother and have no way of finding my biological mom which makes me so upset when I think about her. I feel a part of me is missing???? My brother Jonathan and I were very blessed to have been adopted together and had wonderful parents ( they have passed on to be with Jesus) and have older siblings(adoptive parents biological children).we were very blessed to have been adopted into such a loving family with so much faith as well. We also have a sister who was adopted from Korea.
I wish I could find out some information of my biological mom and if I have any other family still in Vietnam. Wish I could afford to go back to Vietnam. I’m also from Da Nang, Vietnam.

What an amazing story! God has truly blessed Chad’s journey! I’m so happy for him to have found knowledge of his infancy! And now more is to be revealed!
